Steps :
1) First Go to this site www.ildc.in
2) Select your language
Ex. Malayalam
3) Click on this Registration link
4) Fill the form and your address properly
5) After registration, Login with your username and password
6) now click on request for a cd and select your language and click submit
you will be receiving cd's within 2 weeks
